For investors and programmes

    Deal flow that arrives ready

List your fund or programme on Xchange and receive applications as live data rooms carrying the documents you asked for, under a consent the founder granted and can withdraw.

    How it works

Listings are reviewed by an Xdrop admin before they go live.

    From listing to first call

    01

    List the fund

Stage, sector, cheque size and the document types you want to see. An Xdrop admin reviews before you appear. Founders should not be applying into a list of anyone who filled a form.

    02

    Receive applications

Founders apply from the data room they already maintain, so what arrives is a live room rather than a deck attached to an email.

    03

    Get what you asked for

Each application carries the doctypes you listed. Not a folder to dig through, and not a redacted PDF that drops the one number you needed.

    04

    Ask the room

Question the documents and get a cited answer, instead of a two-day email thread with a founder who is also fundraising.

    Why list here

    Pre-filtered by your own criteria

You set stage, sector and cheque size when you list. Applications that do not fit do not arrive.

    Consent on the record

Every share is tied to a consent the founder granted, with an audit trail. Nothing you hold is ambiguous about whether you were meant to have it.

    Diligence that starts warm

The readiness score and document summaries are already there, so a first call starts past the question of what exists.

    List your fund or programme

Create an account, add the fund and the document types you want to see, and an Xdrop admin will review it. Listing is free.
